meeting. The guest of the program will be M. Tahir Kılavuz, who is conducting his postdoctoral research at Harward University. Kılavuz, which explores the origins of inter-elite cooperation in the Middle East and North Africa and the effects of this cooperation on democratization processes, will deliver a speech on this axis.
