Global Research Center will organize an event on internatinal security policies. Şirin Duygulu Elcim, Assistant Professor of Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul Şehir University, will deliver a presentation on his PhD thesis titled "Setting the Global Framework for Agenda Setting and Policy Implementation", which he completed in 2015. The meeting will start at Şakir Kocabaş hall on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 13:00.
