Should the law be based on moral criteria? Could a law that is considered morally bad be legal? Dr Gürler will open up suh questions at Tezgahtakiler meeting series organized by Centre for Civilizational Studies. Gürler's main interest will be English legal philosopher H. L. A. Hart.
